Orders valued more than $1000 will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. You may email us to waive this service, but we will not be responsible for any delivery not received but the customer. Orders placed by noon Pacific Time will ship within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders of multiple items may be charged and shipped from separate locations. Overnight delivery is not available on all items. All orders are shipped via Fedex:

At this time our website is not capable of processing international sales. However, please follow the directions below and we will process your order in our stores. To place an international order, you may call us at (707) 963-2040 between 11 am and 6pm Pacific time or fax us at (707) 963-2490.

If this is your first purchase with us, please understand that the credit card company has to confirm that all address information given correlates to the information they have on file. This typically takes 3 business days. Once verified and approved, your order will ship and, in most cases, arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
We will ship your purchases anywhere in the world! International orders to all countries will be shipped via Fedex; the cost will be $40 for up to two items. Please contact us for shipping costs of larger shipments.
Shipping prices do not include any taxes or duties that may apply, if any.

If you need to return or exchange any item(s), we must receive the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. PLEASE USE THE ENCLOSED FEDEX SHIPPING LABEL TO SHIP RETURNS. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED, LESS $10.00 RETURN SHIPPING FEE. ITEMS RECEIVED LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. Please follow the shipping instructions included in your package. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original box, dust bag, or other packaging intact. Shoes should not be shipped using the designer's shoe box as a shipping box and will not be accepted in that condition. REGULAR PRICE ITEMS MAY RECEIVE A REFUND. SALE MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE/INTERNET CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. BOTH WILL BE CHARGED A $10 RETURN SHIPPING FEE, IF THE ENCLOSED FEDEX LABEL IS USED. Shipping charges are not refundable. A store credit does not expire, and may be applied to your next purchase by emailing us your order, or calling (877) 517-4606 between 11am and 6pm Pacific Time, or faxing (707) 963-2490. A store credit cannot be applied to an internet order placed online. PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT FOR THE PROCESSING OF A RETURN.
