When Napa Valley vintner Perry Butler counted his wife Carolyn's pairs of shoes he stopped at 500. Obviously, she had a passion for more than making fine wine. He thought, "why not combine both passions, which involve high style and world travel?" While Perry tastes wines for his label, Juslyn Vineyards, in London, Milan, New York, and Paris, Carolyn would meet with designers on the Left Bank or its equivalent. And so, Footcandy was born in 2002.
The boutique is located in the Napa Valley, in the town of Saint Helena and has been active for the last 14 years. Footcandy carries high end, designer shoes and handbags from Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, and Manolo Blahnik all under one roof. Carolyn and Perry have created a shoe-lover's heaven, attracting locals, tourists, and celebrities to their museum-like boutique.
One of their biggest accomplishments has been the "Footcandy" footwear line. In October of 2010 Carolyn and Perry released our own Footcandy collection inspired by best sellers that we have had throughout the years at an exceptional price point. A Footcandy collection has been released every year since and met with huge success.
Since opening in 2002, Footcandy has received praise from Lucky Magazine, Shuz Magazine, and voted best independent retailer of the year from Footwear News. Footcandy owners and staff take pride in providing each customer, in-store and online, with exceptional customer service – we hope you love our store as much as we do!
